Opportunity: Clinical leadership roles to shape new service model

One Care is seeking expressions of interest for several clinical leadership roles to support the development of an innovative new service model. The new model focuses on three strategic priority areas:

  • Neighbourhood prevention
  • The hospital-to-community interface
  • Analogue-to-digital integration

These opportunities are open to GPs, ANPs and Clinical Pharmacists. All roles will commence within the next couple of months and will run for a two-year term.

Available roles and time commitments

Applications are open for the following sessional positions:

Role Category Specialism Time Commitment
Neighbourhood Clinical Leads Diabetes/Obesity, Respiratory, and CVD 4 hours per week (each)
Planned Care Leads Gynaecology/Women’s Health and Medicines Management 8 hours per week (each)
Urgent Care Leads Two positions available 8 hours per week (each)
Digital Integration Lead Analogue to Digital Integration 4–8 hours per week
