What we do

We offer a number of direct support services to our practices, PCNs and localities. These cover a range of areas including digital, business intelligence and practice management. We also amplify the voice of practices in discussions about delivery of healthcare in our area.

Practice support

We support our practices with many different aspects of running their businesses through our Practice Support Team. This includes areas like finance, business intelligence and IT. We also support practices with holding contracts for delivery of additional services to their patients, such as the national Improved Access to General Practice scheme.

Practice representation

Historically underrepresented in discussions and decisions about the delivery of healthcare, we help to amplify the voice of general practice in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Pilot projects

We're always looking for opportunities that support new models of care and innovation within practice. We run these as pilot projects, so we can understand more about how they might benefit our practices and general practice as a whole.

Analytics

We use our expertise in general practice data to support our practices directly as well as to influence effective decision-making about the health of our local population. Each of our members is able to access their own dashboard, which is updated regularly with key information about activity in their practice.
