What we do

One Care is one of the largest GP federations in England, representing and supporting 66 general practice partnerships, which together care for more than one million patients in BNSSG. One Care offers a number of direct support services to practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and localities. These cover a range of areas including digital, business intelligence and practice management. We also amplify the voice of practices in discussions about delivery of healthcare in our area.

Our knowledge and expertise can help save your practice time and money and improve your patient care. We’re here to support you with day-to-day operational challenges and long-term strategic planning and change management. Our guidance and practical solutions cover the full range of practice issues - from regulatory compliance and quality standards, to patient journey / process mapping, and practice finances.
