PCN analyst support
Overview
Practices have access to data from a number of different sources, including the One Care general practice intelligence dashboard, but often do not have the time or expertise in-house to use it effectively.
We offer dedicated analyst resource to each PCN. These analysts will be embedded in general practice and the local community, working closely with practice teams.
