New staff support
Overview
We provide a programme of support to any new members of practice or PCN management staff. We meet with new members of staff in their first month, welcome them to BNSSG general practice and talk through the support One Care can offer. Then we’ll set up a monthly check-in for the next five months to see if they have any questions or need any further support.
