Overview

One Care provides a range of HR advice and consultancy services, from help with day-to-day matters to bespoke, fully executed HR projects. All services are tailored specifically to the needs of general practice.

Services include:

• employee relations support
• performance management support
• disciplinary and grievance support
• bespoke policies and letter templates
• recruitment support
• organisational change
• ad hoc advice or consultancy

Due to short- term funding, our HR service will be free to member practices from 1 April to 30 June 2025. The continued inclusion of this support in the One Care subscription fee will depend on sufficient uptake, so practices are encouraged to make use of it.
