One Care provides a range of HR advice and consultancy services, from help with day-to-day matters to bespoke, fully executed HR projects. All services are tailored specifically to the needs of general practice.

Services include:

• Employee relations support
• Performance management support
• Disciplinary and grievance support
• Bespoke policies and letter templates
• Recruitment support
• Organisational change
• Ad hoc advice or consultancy

The HR service is available to One Care members at a discounted rate of £75 per hour plus VAT, or a day rate of £450 plus VAT.

There is no retainer payable for this service.

A free 15-minute assessment call is available for immediate issues to evaluate how best the team can support.
