Improved access


In April 2016, the government set out plans to commission and fund additional capacity across England to ensure that everyone has improved access to GP services including “sufficient routine appointments at evenings and weekends to meet locally determined demand”.

Since then, One Care has been working closely with our member practices to make this happen. We offer all practices support with managing the Improved Access contract.
