HR management system

Overview

One Care is leading a 12-month pilot to test the use of a single standardised HR management system for general practice. A small number of practices will work with us during the period to help us understand the benefits and overcome any challenges.

Using a single system can save practice time and resources by reducing the need to enter staff information multiple times. It will also provide a better understanding workforce size and capability, at practice, PCN, locality and BNSSG level, which will enable more effective and proactive workforce management.

This project sits within the urgent care programme.
