Overview

The collaborative bank project will deliver an electronic staff-sharing platform for primary and organisations across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG).

It will allow practice managers to put out requests to local practice staff and be immediately matched with colleagues who have the necessary qualifications and experience.

This would allow practices to fill gaps in their workforce and increase the agility of their staff to meet their patients need.

This project sits within the urgent care programme.
