What we do
Access, resilience and quality programme
Overview
In partnership with the Integrated Care Board (ICB) we are delivering a general practice resilience programme, focussing on access, resilience and quality (ARQ).
As part of the ARQ programme, we will carry out a health check with your practice to find and prioritise the areas that will benefit from intensive, wraparound support from our team.
Based on lessons from this work, we have developed best-practice toolkits covering:
- access
- finance
- workforce
- digital workflow
- quality
