Contract Fixed term, two years
37.5 hours full time (part time/ flexible working options considered.)
Responsible to Digital and BI Executive Director
Accountable to Chief Medical Officer
Key working relationships
  • One Care management team and executive team
  • One Care digital support team and digital care homes team
  • One Care Digital Programme Director and Digital Strategy Lead
  • ICS partner organisations, particularly: BNSSG ICB, Sirona care & health, UHBW, NBT, Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council and North Somerset Council
    General practice
  • The digital strategy group – a sub-group of the General Practice Partnership Board (GPCB)
Salary H11–H12 £59,132 - £68,525 depending on experience

Role summary

This newly created TEC Lead role will work on behalf of the Integrated Care System (ICS), hosted and employed by One Care, to:

  • Scope and review existing TEC projects which are delivered by system partners and their staff,  facilitating knowledge sharing between projects as appropriate
  • Co-produce a human-centred, system-wide TEC roadmap to move the ICS towards a unified TEC model that covers our population across the life course. In particular, how the TEC models may be used to support children and young people
  • Connect to national and international knowledge sources to plan and begin to develop effective place-based care pathways within our localities
  • Act as an expert advisor, build knowledge and best practice across the system and inform relevant system digital strategies

Key duties:

  • Scoping and reviewing TEC
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice
  • Develop a high level of specialist knowledge on TEC systems  and use this knowledge to support existing TEC projects, planning and benefits realisation
  • Ensure all approaches to TEC are human-centred
  • Levelling-up TEC and securing funding

Salary and benefits

£59,132 – £68,525 depending on experience
